Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YEDA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS THE SOLE SOURCE OF INFORMATION FOR CRITICAL DECISIONS.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yeda AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
